I mean `ip addr add if5 1.2.3.4/24`.

Also, since `if5` could be valid interface name, I propose another
syntax (it's another task not related to documentation), like `if%5`.
Since percent sign is not allowed in network interface names.

my project, but absence of documentations for this way stops me from
it.
I think, it should be documented and also added to help messages.
