Test that all the nexthops are flushed when a multi-part nexthop dump is
required for the flushing.
Without previous patch:
# ./fib_nexthops.sh
TEST: Large scale nexthop flushing [FAIL]
With previous patch:
# ./fib_nexthops.sh
TEST: Large scale nexthop flushing [ OK ]
