[PATCH] net: sysctl: remove redundant #ifdef CONFIG_NET

From: Masahiro Yamada <masahiroy@kernel.org>
Date: 2021-01-25 23:17:53
Also in: lkml
Subsystem: networking [general], the rest · Maintainers: "David S. Miller", Eric Dumazet, Jakub Kicinski, Paolo Abeni, Linus Torvalds

CONFIG_NET is a bool option, and this file is compiled only when
CONFIG_NET=y.

Remove #ifdef CONFIG_NET, which we know it is always met.
