[PATCH bpf-next 3/5] libbpf: refactor bpf_*_get_next_id() functions

From: Quentin Monnet <hidden>
Date: 2019-08-15 15:00:36
Also in: bpf
Subsystem: bpf [general] (safe dynamic programs and tools), bpf [library] (libbpf), the rest · Maintainers: Alexei Starovoitov, Daniel Borkmann, Andrii Nakryiko, Eduard Zingerman, Kumar Kartikeya Dwivedi, Linus Torvalds

In preparation for the introduction of a similar function for retrieving
the id of the next BTF object, consolidate the code from
bpf_prog_get_next_id() and bpf_map_get_next_id() in libbpf.
