[v3, PATCH 4/4] net: stmmac: dwmac-mediatek: modify csr_clk value to fix mdio read/write fail

From: Biao Huang <hidden>
Date: 2019-05-14 03:37:48
Also in: linux-arm-kernel, linux-mediatek, lkml
Subsystem: networking drivers, stmmac ethernet driver, the rest · Maintainers: Andrew Lunn, "David S. Miller", Eric Dumazet, Jakub Kicinski, Paolo Abeni, Maxime Chevallier, Linus Torvalds

1. the frequency of csr clock is 66.5MHz, so the csr_clk value should
be 0 other than 5.
2. the csr_clk can be got from device tree, so remove initialization here.
