[net-next 11/11] ice: Remove ICE_MAX_TXQ_PER_TXQG check when configuring Tx queue

From: Jeff Kirsher <hidden>
Date: 2018-11-14 04:31:58
Subsystem: intel ethernet drivers, networking drivers, the rest · Maintainers: Tony Nguyen, Przemek Kitszel, Andrew Lunn, "David S. Miller", Eric Dumazet, Jakub Kicinski, Paolo Abeni, Linus Torvalds

From: Md Fahad Iqbal Polash <redacted>

This patch removes the condition checking of VSI TX queue number to
ICE_MAX_TXQ_PER_TXQG. This is an unnecessary check and causes a driver
load error on hosts that have more than 128 cores.
