[PATCH 3/8] fs: btrfs: remove unused hardirq.h

From: Yang Shi <hidden>
Date: 2017-11-17 23:02:16
Also in: linux-btrfs, linux-crypto, linux-fsdevel, linux-mm, lkml
Subsystem: btrfs file system, filesystems (vfs and infrastructure), the rest · Maintainers: Chris Mason, David Sterba, Alexander Viro, Christian Brauner, Linus Torvalds

Preempt counter APIs have been split out, currently, hardirq.h just
includes irq_enter/exit APIs which are not used by btrfs at all.

So, remove the unused hardirq.h.
