Does this work with MAX_SCHEDULE_TIMEOUT too??

Thanks for pointing out MAX_SCHEDULE_TIMEOUT. I have made minor change to
accommodate MAX_SCHEDULE_TIMEOUT and will send out next version of the patch
for review.
