[PATCH 3/4] can: m_can: Update documentation to mention new fixed transceiver binding

From: Franklin S Cooper Jr <hidden>
Date: 2017-07-19 23:38:01
Also in: linux-can, linux-devicetree, lkml
Subsystem: can network drivers, open firmware and flattened device tree bindings, the rest · Maintainers: Marc Kleine-Budde, Vincent Mailhol, Rob Herring, Krzysztof Kozlowski, Conor Dooley, Linus Torvalds

Add information regarding fixed transceiver binding. This is especially
important for MCAN since the IP allows CAN FD mode to run significantly
faster than what most transceivers are capable of.
