[PATCH net] vxlan: correctly validate VXLAN ID against VXLAN_VID_MASK

From: Matthias Schiffer <hidden>
Date: 2017-02-23 13:14:48
Subsystem: networking drivers, the rest · Maintainers: Andrew Lunn, "David S. Miller", Eric Dumazet, Jakub Kicinski, Paolo Abeni, Linus Torvalds

The incorrect check caused an off-by-one error: the maximum VID 0xffffff
was unusable.

Fixes: d342894c5d2f ("vxlan: virtual extensible lan")
