Fix incomplete type build error on struct rlimit by including
<sys/resource.h>, fixes:
test_lru_map.c:552:9: error: variable ‘r’ has initializer
but incomplete type
struct rlimit r = {RLIM_INFINITY, RLIM_INFINITY};
