[PATCH 09/25] net/flowcache: Convert to hotplug state machine

From: Sebastian Andrzej Siewior <bigeasy@linutronix.de>
Date: 2016-11-03 14:50:57
Also in: lkml
Subsystem: cpu hotplug, networking [general], networking [ipsec], the rest · Maintainers: Thomas Gleixner, Peter Zijlstra, "David S. Miller", Eric Dumazet, Jakub Kicinski, Paolo Abeni, Steffen Klassert, Herbert Xu, Linus Torvalds

Install the callbacks via the state machine. Use multi state support to avoid
custom list handling for the multiple instances.
