[PATCH net-next V2 8/9] liquidio: Replace ifidx for FW commands

From: Raghu Vatsavayi <hidden>
Date: 2016-06-14 23:55:54
Subsystem: cavium liquidio network driver, networking drivers, the rest · Maintainers: Andrew Lunn, "David S. Miller", Eric Dumazet, Jakub Kicinski, Paolo Abeni, Linus Torvalds

This patch decoupled the firmware side ifidx and host side interface
number. It also has some minor name change for linkinfo sturct field.
