[net-next 10/15] i40e: count allocation errors

From: Jeff Kirsher <hidden>
Date: 2016-02-17 17:51:52
Subsystem: intel ethernet drivers, networking drivers, the rest · Maintainers: Tony Nguyen, Przemek Kitszel, Andrew Lunn, "David S. Miller", Eric Dumazet, Jakub Kicinski, Paolo Abeni, Linus Torvalds

From: Jesse Brandeburg <redacted>

Driver already counted allocation errors, so print
them as part of the ethtool -S output. Useful for debugging
if your system is having trouble making memory available for
the driver.
