patchwork not picking up acks

I've been alerted that my Acks don't get picked up by patchwork :(
Even normal email threads where I'm replying are also not
seen in a patchwork. I don't know when this issue started.
I'm using the same gmail setup as before. Not sure how to fix it.
Any suggestions?
Anyone seeing anything similar?
