[net-next 10/15] i40e: use global pci_vfs_assigned() to replace local i40e_vfs_are_assigned()

From: Jeff Kirsher <hidden>
Date: 2014-08-29 09:30:29
Subsystem: intel ethernet drivers, networking drivers, the rest · Maintainers: Tony Nguyen, Przemek Kitszel, Andrew Lunn, "David S. Miller", Eric Dumazet, Jakub Kicinski, Paolo Abeni, Linus Torvalds

From: Ethan Zhao <redacted>

There is global funcion pci_vfs_assigned(), so use it instead of composing
local one.
