[PATCH v2] hyperv: Add netpoll support

From: Richard Weinberger <richard@nod.at>
Date: 2014-07-09 07:58:39
Also in: lkml
Subsystem: hyper-v/azure core and drivers, networking drivers, the rest · Maintainers: "K. Y. Srinivasan", Haiyang Zhang, Wei Liu, Dexuan Cui, Long Li, Andrew Lunn, "David S. Miller", Eric Dumazet, Jakub Kicinski, Paolo Abeni, Linus Torvalds

In order to have at least a netconsole to debug kernel issues on
Windows Azure this patch implements netpoll support.
Sending packets is easy, netvsc_start_xmit() does already everything
needed.
