[PATCH 09/21] microblaze: clean-up prom.h implicit includes

From: Rob Herring <hidden>
Date: 2013-09-26 18:55:42
Also in: linux-devicetree, lkml
Subsystem: microblaze architecture, networking drivers, the rest, xilinx ll temac ethernet driver · Maintainers: Michal Simek, Andrew Lunn, "David S. Miller", Eric Dumazet, Jakub Kicinski, Paolo Abeni, Linus Torvalds

From: Rob Herring <rob.herring-bsGFqQB8/DxBDgjK7y7TUQ@public.gmane.org>

While powerpc is a mess of implicit includes by prom.h, microblaze just
copied this and is easily fixed. Add the necessary explicit includes and
remove unnecessary includes and other parts from prom.h
