[PATCH 018/493] net: remove CONFIG_HOTPLUG ifdefs

From: Bill Pemberton <hidden>
Date: 2012-11-19 18:38:08
Subsystem: networking [general], the rest · Maintainers: "David S. Miller", Eric Dumazet, Jakub Kicinski, Paolo Abeni, Linus Torvalds

Remove conditional code based on CONFIG_HOTPLUG being false. It's
always on now in preparation of it going away as an option.
