[net-next 3/6] igb: Remove workaround for EEE configuration on i210/I211

From: Jeff Kirsher <hidden>
Date: 2012-11-01 10:44:32
Subsystem: intel ethernet drivers, networking drivers, the rest · Maintainers: Tony Nguyen, Przemek Kitszel, Andrew Lunn, "David S. Miller", Eric Dumazet, Jakub Kicinski, Paolo Abeni, Linus Torvalds

From: Carolyn Wyborny <redacted>

This patch removes a workaround that was needed on pre-release hardware.
Released hardware should not have this setting, but any devices that do
will get a warning message instead.
