[PATCH net-next 16/16] sfc: Fix the initial device operstate

From: Ben Hutchings <hidden>
Date: 2012-08-24 19:53:28
Subsystem: networking drivers, sfc network driver, the rest · Maintainers: Andrew Lunn, "David S. Miller", Eric Dumazet, Jakub Kicinski, Paolo Abeni, Edward Cree, Linus Torvalds

Following commit 8f4cccb ('net: Set device operstate at registration
time') it is now correct and preferable to set the carrier off before
registering a device.
