[PATCH 1/5] networking: inappropriate ioctl operation should return ENOTTY

From: Lifeng Sun <hidden>
Date: 2011-04-28 08:06:42
Also in: lkml
Subsystem: networking [general], the rest · Maintainers: "David S. Miller", Eric Dumazet, Jakub Kicinski, Paolo Abeni, Linus Torvalds

ioctl() calls against a socket with an inappropriate ioctl operation
are incorrectly returning EINVAL rather than ENOTTY:

  [ENOTTY]
      Inappropriate I/O control operation.
