README: net-2.6 and net-next-2.6 rebased...

Now that Linus has taken net-next-2.6 into his tree for the
merge window, I have rebased net-2.6 and net-next-2.6

All work will now commence in the net-2.6 tree and I will
be taking bug fixes only until 2.6.33-rc1 is released, at
which time net-next-2.6 will be updated and be used to
queue up new features for the next merge window.
