Oliver Neukum already did a quick review. I've fixed serveral
GFP_ATOMIC/KERNEL issues and a problem with DMA coherency on his feedback.

Good, just found the thread pointing out various serious issues.

I will wait until tomorrow before sending V2, maybe Dave or someone else
have some annotations too.
