I dont see the problem with the patch from Jarek. (sorry for not being
clear about this).

With vanilla 31-rc2 it is still there.

You dont see the problem anymore with the `echo 0 >
/proc/sys/kernel/timer_migration`  change (or equivalently with the patch from
Jarek) or has the problem vanished completely?
