[BUG] powerpc/bpf: Kernel stack corruption in avc_has_perm() during BPF kselftests (test_progs)

IBM CI has reported a kernel panic on PowerPC (ppc64le, POWER9 pSeries 
guest) while running BPF kselftests (test_progs).
