I compiled and tested the RC1 of kernel 7.3 with PREEMPT support today 
[1]. Unfortunately the issue [2] still exists.

The entire FSL Cyrus+ board freezes when using KVM HV with PREEMPT.

I will disable PREEMPT with the Kconfig.preempt.patch [3] for the RC2.
