[PATCH] powerpc: Mark memory_limit as initdata

From: Michael Ellerman <mpe@ellerman.id.au>
Date: 2024-04-22 11:53:26
Subsystem: linux for powerpc (32-bit and 64-bit), the rest · Maintainers: Madhavan Srinivasan, Michael Ellerman, Linus Torvalds

The `memory_limit` variable should only be used during boot, enforce
that by marking it initdata.
