[PATCH v7 25/42] powerpc: improve handling of unrecoverable system reset

From: Nicholas Piggin <npiggin@gmail.com>
Date: 2021-01-30 14:19:23
Subsystem: linux for powerpc (32-bit and 64-bit), the rest · Maintainers: Madhavan Srinivasan, Michael Ellerman, Linus Torvalds

If an unrecoverable system reset hits in process context, the system
does not have to panic. Similar to machine check, call nmi_exit()
before die().
