[PATCH v3 2/7] powerpc: Use TIDR CPU feature to control TIDR allocation

From: Alastair D'Silva <hidden>
Date: 2018-05-09 00:42:07
Also in: linux-doc, lkml
Subsystem: linux for powerpc (32-bit and 64-bit), the rest · Maintainers: Madhavan Srinivasan, Michael Ellerman, Linus Torvalds

From: Alastair D'Silva <redacted>

Switch the use of TIDR on it's CPU feature, rather than assuming it
is available based on architecture.
