[1] I found the problematic code in the file 'drivers/net/phy/mdio_bus.c'. I created a patch which solves the problem with the PA Semi PWRficient Gigabit Ethernet. (attached) Could you please check the changes in the file 'drivers/net/phy/mdio_bus.c'?
