[PATCH] powerpc: Fix confusing help text for DISABLE_MPROFILE_KERNEL

From: Anton Blanchard <hidden>
Date: 2017-02-10 01:17:01
Subsystem: linux for powerpc (32-bit and 64-bit), the rest · Maintainers: Madhavan Srinivasan, Linus Torvalds

From: Anton Blanchard <redacted>

The final paragraph of the help text is reversed - we want to
enable this option by default, and disable it if the toolchain
has a working -mprofile-kernel.
