[PATCH 14/22] perf pmu: Add override support for event list CPUID

From: Arnaldo Carvalho de Melo <acme@kernel.org>
Date: 2016-10-04 02:37:51
Also in: lkml
Subsystem: performance events subsystem, the rest · Maintainers: Peter Zijlstra, Ingo Molnar, Arnaldo Carvalho de Melo, Namhyung Kim, Linus Torvalds

From: Andi Kleen <redacted>

Add a PERF_CPUID variable to override the CPUID of the current CPU
(within the current architecture). This is useful for testing, so that
all event lists can be tested on a single system.
