[PATCH RFC 15/77] bnx2: Update MSI/MSI-X interrupts enablement code

From: Alexander Gordeev <hidden>
Date: 2013-10-02 16:42:51
Also in: linux-ide, linux-mips, linux-pci, linux-rdma, linux-s390, linux-scsi, lkml, netdev
Subsystem: broadcom bnx2 gigabit ethernet driver, networking drivers, the rest · Maintainers: Rasesh Mody, Andrew Lunn, "David S. Miller", Eric Dumazet, Jakub Kicinski, Paolo Abeni, Linus Torvalds

As result of recent re-design of the MSI/MSI-X interrupts enabling
pattern this driver has to be updated to use the new technique to
obtain a optimal number of MSI/MSI-X interrupts required.
