I don't know what introduced that.

Actually probably caused by commit a1eaa3bc8247 ("Kconfig: fix Irq
Subsystem menu") from the akpm tree.

kconfig-fix-irq-subsystem-menu.patch was causing various problems so I
have dropped it.
