Also in: u-boot 

Try the following steps:
------
1. cp <your ramdisk.gz> arch/powerpc/boot/ramdisk.image.gz
2. make cuImage.initrd.<your target>

You can get one Image, cuImage.initrd.<your target>, including kernel and ramdisk.
