It's exported in /proc/device-tree, if support is built into the kernel.

It might be interesting to make dtc support turning that into a dts...
dtc does support that.  Pass /proc/device-tree/ to dtc like this:

dtc -I fs -o device-tree.dts -O dts /proc/device-tree
