[PATCH 03/12] Consolidate of_device_is_compatible

Subsystem: linux for powerpc (32-bit and 64-bit), open firmware and flattened device tree, sparc + ultrasparc (sparc/sparc64), the rest · Maintainers: Madhavan Srinivasan, Rob Herring, Saravana Kannan, "David S. Miller", Andreas Larsson, Linus Torvalds

The only difference here is that Sparc uses strncmp to match compatibility
names while PowerPC uses strncasecmp.
