Have you copied the bd_t structure from ppcboot to linux? I had a
similar problem before I did this.

See the message from David Chiu on the linuxppc-embedded list from Wed,
April 11, 2001.

Hi all,
I am trying to load kernel using ppcboot. After I load kernel using tftp
and give bootm command I get following response.

   Load Address: 00000000
   Entry Point: 00000000
   Verifying Checksum ... OK
   Uncompressing Kernel Image ... OK

## cmdline at 0x007FFF00 ... 0x007FFF00
No initrd
