Good question.
I suppose this could be the 2.5 bitkeeper tree being worked on? or some
other bitkeeper tree?
OTOH: linuxppc_2_5 is still at -test13-pre3  while  linuxppc_2_4  has
seen a lot of recent changes and is now at -prerelease-ac4
