i think your talking about afpfs <http://www.panix.com/~dfoster> .. it's
a kernel module (an yes last time i looked it was not functional)

recently discussed this within the last 2 months.
	pajama1@mindspring.com and tdilling@oncodev.isc-net.upenn.edu are in
