Here is another big batch of fixes intended for 2.6.33.  They are mostly
driver fixes, along with a couple of small ones for mac80211.  I don't
think there is anything controverisal here.

Please let me know if there are problems!

Pulled, thanks John.  I'll push it back out after my build
checks complete.
