[PATCH] Yama: mark local symbols as static

STALE2736d

From: Jann Horn <jannh@google.com>
Date: 2019-03-26 23:08:54
Also in: lkml
Subsystem: security subsystem, the rest, yama security module · Maintainers: Paul Moore, James Morris, "Serge E. Hallyn", Linus Torvalds, Kees Cook

sparse complains that Yama defines functions and a variable as non-static
even though they don't exist in any header. Fix it by making them static.
