It’d be great, if you tested with a current Linux version. For such old Linux
kernel version, please contact the support of your Linux distribution. Red Hat
should offer support for the Linux kernel, you use, I guess.

Thanks.  I've filed a bugzilla report - but without a support contract I'm not
going to get far there.  If I continue to see issues I'll try running with a
mainline kernel to see if that makes a difference.

Just to follow up, I've not seen the issue with the mainline kernel (5.17.7+).
