[PATCH V2 10/10] PM / OPP: Split out part of _add_opp_table() and _remove_opp_table()

From: Viresh Kumar <viresh.kumar@linaro.org>
Date: 2016-12-07 04:42:45
Subsystem: driver core, kobjects, debugfs and sysfs, hibernation (aka software suspend, aka swsusp), power management core, suspend to ram, the rest · Maintainers: Greg Kroah-Hartman, "Rafael J. Wysocki", Danilo Krummrich, Linus Torvalds

Split out parts of _add_opp_table() and _remove_opp_table() into
separate routines. This improves readability as well.

Should result in no functional changes.
