[PATCH v2 13/13] KVM: arm64: Drop perf.c and fold its tiny bits of code into arm.c / pmu.c

From: Sean Christopherson <seanjc@google.com>
Date: 2021-08-28 00:37:27
Also in: kvm, kvmarm, linux-arm-kernel, linux-riscv, lkml, xen-devel
Subsystem: arm64 port (aarch64 architecture), kernel virtual machine for arm64 (kvm/arm64), the rest · Maintainers: Catalin Marinas, Will Deacon, Marc Zyngier, Oliver Upton, Linus Torvalds

Call KVM's (un)register perf callbacks helpers directly from arm.c, and
move the PMU bits into pmu.c and rename the related helper accordingly.
