[PATCH 3/6] PCI/VPD: Remove member valid from struct pci_vpd

Instead of having a separate flag let's use vp->len != 0 as indicator that VPD validity has been checked. Now vpd->len == PCI_VPD_SZ_INVALID is used to indicate that VPD is invalid.
