[patch 001/173] hexagon: remove CONFIG_EXPERIMENTAL from defconfigs

Subject: hexagon: remove CONFIG_EXPERIMENTAL from defconfigs

Since CONFIG_EXPERIMENTAL was removed in 2013, go ahead and drop it
from any defconfig files.
