[PATCH v3 4/6] tlb: mmu_gather: Remove start/end arguments from tlb_gather_mmu()
From: Will Deacon <will@kernel.org>

Also in:

Subsystem:
exec & binfmt api, elf, filesystems (vfs and infrastructure), hugetlb subsystem, memory management, memory management - core, memory management - oom killer, memory mapping, memory mapping - madvise (memory advice), mmu gather and tlb invalidation, the rest, x86 architecture (32-bit and 64-bit) · Maintainers:
Kees Cook, Alexander Viro, Christian Brauner, Muchun Song, Oscar Salvador, Andrew Morton, David Hildenbrand, Michal Hocko, Liam R. Howlett, Lorenzo Stoakes, Will Deacon, "Aneesh Kumar K.V", Nick Piggin, Peter Zijlstra, Linus Torvalds, Thomas Gleixner, Ingo Molnar, Borislav Petkov, Dave Hansen
The 'start' and 'end' arguments to tlb_gather_mmu() are no longer needed now that there is a separate function for 'fullmm' flushing. Remove the unused arguments and update all callers.
