[PATCH v2 2/3] lockdep: Remove BROKEN flag of LOCKDEP_CROSSRELEASE

Now the performance regression was fixed, re-enable
CONFIG_LOCKDEP_CROSSRELEASE and CONFIG_LOCKDEP_COMPLETIONS.
